Don’t worry!

You are in GOOD hands.  There are various reasons why your iPhone might not sync to your Exchange 2003 server.  There is no “one” iPhone repair solution.

iPhone Setup areas to focus on:

  1. See if OMA (Outlook Mobile Access), OWA, Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync work from an Internet browser (outside of your network)
  2. Ensure Port 443 is open on your firewall
  3. Ensure you have a simple SSL certificate install on your 2003 Exchange server.  No need to make Godaddy rich by purchasing a signed certficate.  An iPhone will still sync with a self signed certificate.
  4. Make sure you are using the correct settings on your iphone:   email address, domain user id, domain password, and finally owa (Outlook Web Access) address     mail.company.com

If you have had enough pain searching for an answer, you have reached the FINAL solution.  We will solve your ActiveSync issues quickly!!!    One call does it all.  480.440.4650.    Please do it, so you can go back to relaxing.
