I can’t seem to get my exchange setup on my iPhone We’ve tried all possible variations, attempting to connect to two different Exch servers (2003, one w/sp2, one w/sp1). Many iPhone & iPad users (exchange 2003 – 2007 – 2010) have similar issues like this one when contacting us.

Received an email request from a user the other day…. Exchange 2010 HTTP 401 error with iOS 4 iPhone iPad has been driving us nuts for days. We have been reading many email posts, exchange logs, but no solution yet with iphone activesync.
This problem was an interesting and difficult exchange / active directory issue to fix. We had several engineers working on it, finally finding a major Exchange migration issue. We not only resolved this issue for the customer, but all of his iPhone, iPad and Droids are now displaying contacts, calendar, and email from his exchange 2010 box.

Another extremelybusy week. Sorry to those who had to wait!! There are many “odd” exchange iphone sync setup solutions out there.
